Fernando De Gennaro Museum of Dairy Art is located in the old De Gennaro dairy built in the 1800. The museum keeps the amazing collection of tools and accessories owned by the awarded dairy of Vico Equense since 1850. It also exhibits evidence of the methods of milk collection and processing implemented by the farms located on the Vico Equense hills. A surprising journey through the dairy production secrets and the renowned local products ( among these Provolone del Monaco Dop) that made Vico Equense one of the most famous Italian gastronomic destination.
